Horseradish Bacon Dip

Yield:
1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
  2. 1 cup sour cream
  3. 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  4. 1 tablespoon horseradish
  5. 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  6. Wheat Thins snack crackers
Directions:

Blend cheese, sour cream, bacon and horseradish in blender. Stir in chives. Refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors. Serve as spread with crackers.
