Watermelon Smoothie

Yield:
2 (8 ounce) servings

A refreshing summertime beverage for cooling down!

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups watermelon chunks
  2. 1 cup ice
  3. 1 container (6 ounce) low fat OR fat free vanilla yogurt
  4. 1 teaspoon honey
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  6. 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:

In blender container, combine watermelon, ice, yogurt, honey, ginger and extract until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish glass with watermelon balls.
