Rosemary Garlic Feta Dip

Yield:
1 cup

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  3. Leaves from 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
  4. 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
Directions:

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Add a bit of milk if mixture is too thick. Use as dip for fresh vegetables, toasted bread or crackers.
