Caesar Salad Dressing

Yield:
Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cup corn oil
  2. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 large clove ( 1 tsp. ) minced garlic
  4. 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  5. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  6. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  7. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  9. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:

1. In blender ( or jar with lid ) place all ingredients except cheese. Blend 1 minute ( or shake vigorously ). Stir in cheese. 2. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
