Deviled Ham Stuffed Tomatoes

Makes 4 servings

Serve with hot blueberry muffins and ice tea!

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans (4 1/2-oz.) Underwood Deviled Ham
  2. 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  3. 1/2 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  5. 4 medium tomatoes, cut inot quarters, to within 1/4 inch of bottom
Directions:

In a bowl, mix together deviled ham, cheese, olives and onion. Spoon mixture into center of tomatoes. Chill.
