Open-Face Reuben

Ingredients:

  1. 2 slices Rye bread, toasted
  2. 1/4 cup sauerkraut
  3. 5 slices cooked corned beef or deli sliced corned beef
  4. 2 slices Swiss cheese
  5. 1/4 cup sweet onion, cut into rings
  6. 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
Directions:

Cover toasted rye with sauerkraut, onion, Thousand Island dressing, meat and cheese. Place under broiler for just enough time to melt the cheese and serve immediately.
