Chicken Salad Supreme

Yield:
Serves 4.

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  2. 3 tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  3. 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  4. 2 tablespoons each, chopped pimiento and pickle relish
  5. 3/4 cup chopped celery
  6. 1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds
  7. 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  8. 1 tablespoon minced onion
Directions:

Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Toss dressing lightly with remaining ingredients. Chill. If desired, serve on a bed of greens.
