Quick overview
How It Works
Points accumulate monthly from the first of the month until they are redeemed or expire. You will earn one point for every dollar spent*. Members can redeem points up to 60 days before they expire. Members will receive an email 2 weeks prior to expiration. Points are redeemed on a first-in, first-out basis.
Be sure to provide your current email address so you dont miss out! To track your points, log into your account.
*This excludes the purchase of money orders, services, taxes, lottery, bill pay, deposits, and gift cards.

Redeem
To redeem your points, choose your reward based on your accumulated points.
Points must be redeemed by the end of the month following the month in which they were earned. They will expire if not used.
Members will receive an email two weeks before points expire.

Community Rewards is a way to support local organizations through the program. Choose an eligible organization and your participation helps direct rewards back into the communities where we operate.

If you are a local organization and would like to participate, you can apply to be included in Community Rewards. Once approved, members can select your organization to support.

What is Rewards Your Way?
Rewards Your Way is replacing All Access Rewards as our customer loyalty program! It is our way of saying "thank you!" for shopping with us by rewarding you every time you shop. It also allows us to say "thank you!" to our communities through our Community Rewards Donation Program.
How does Rewards Your Way work?
Reward Members earn points towards rewards every time they shop. Every $1 = 1 point. Points accumulate monthly from the first of the month until they are redeemed or expire. You will earn one point for every dollar spent*. Earned Points expire after 60 days. Points can be spent any time during the rolling 60 day period. Members will receive a reminder email 2 weeks prior to the points expiring. Points are redeemed on a first in first out basis.

How do I sign up for a Rewards Your Way membership?
There are three ways to sign up for an account.
- Download the Rewards Your Way App and follow the prompts for new or updating membership.
- Shop at any of the stores, and a clerk can activate your membership with your phone number at the checkout.

How do I get the Rewards Your Way App?
Go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and search "Rewards Your Way". Choose "Rays Rewards" or "Shop Smart Rewards" for your favorite store! The app is the same! Contact us at (541) 412-0005 or email rewards@ckmarket.com if you need assistance setting up your account.
What happened to my All Access Account?
All your All Access account information, points, and coupons have been transferred to the new Reward Your Way program. Once you download the new application and create a new one-time password, your account will be linked and you will have access to all of your old information.
Can I still use my All Access Card in the new Shop Smart Rewards program?
Yes. In the new Rewards program no cards will be required. Simply enter your phone number or scan your existing AA card at the checkout to receive all the benefits of the program.
Do I have to sign up for the App?
No, you may sign up with a name and phone number only, but you will receive the FULL benefits of the program with easy access in the App and weekly emails notifying you of extra savings opportunities if you download the app and sign in! *You may also sign in on our website! A single-sign-on and password will work for both the website and the app!
How long can my points accumulate?
Members earn points on a rolling 60-day basis. Points redeemed for rewards are first in first out.
When can I spend my points?
As soon as they are earned! You can check how many points you have any time on the app or online- spend once you reach the first tier for a redemption item or discount off of your next grocery purchase!
What can I spend my reward points on?
Members can spend reward points on a selection of offers by going to the Rewards Your Way Rewards tab on the App or on the store website. Examples include: 200 points = Free Item X, Redeem 200 points for $2 off your next grocery purchase, etc.
What personal information will be requested or required to sign up?
You will be required to give us your full name, mobile phone number, email, and other optional information.
Do I have to be a Rewards member?
No. You'll get great everyday values and advertised specials with no card required! Customers with a Rewards account simply get additional coupons and other benefits, including the option to join Community Rewards and give back to a favorite Charity.
How can I see my Points and Rewards Balance?
Use the Rewards Your Way App or go to the store website and click on "Rewards".
Can I use a portion of my Rewards Points?
Yes. You can choose to use a portion of your points anytime after you reach the minimum level to Redeem a Reward. You decide when and how to spend your Reward!
Can I lose my Reward Points?
Yes. Reward Points are earned on a rolling 60-day, first-in/first-out basis. Points expire the month following the month in which they are earned. You will always receive an email notification before points expire, giving you time to redeem them in advance.
Do I have to have the Rewards App to use Coupons?
No- you can login to our website and clip digital store coupons as well as other manufacturer coupons through your Rewards Account on the website. The app and the website will use the same username and password; so once you are set up, the options are easy!
